By accessing jrlicos.com and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Manifesto. If you are using our tools on behalf of a business or organization, that entity accepts these terms in full.
Jrlicos Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software provided. This license exists solely to let you use and benefit from the services as offered — nothing more.
Some tools are sold as "Lifetime Access" or one-time payments. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product — not your lifetime or any guaranteed period. We aim for long-term availability but cannot guarantee indefinite operation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product materially fails to function as described.
Payment Processors
Payments handled by Stripe and Maya. All transactions are subject to their respective terms.
You agree not to use our services to:
Violate any local, national, or international law
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell our software
Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
Scrape or harvest data without written permission
Impersonate Jrlicos Labs or its team members
Circumvent security or access controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations and dispute resolution — will do so.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JRLICOS LABS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
